Muscat International Airport Project
A lump sum contract worth some $1.9 billion, is designing and building a new terminal and associated facilities at Muscat International Airport. The 29-gate passenger terminal building, which features the latest state-of-the-art technology, will accommodate 12 million passengers annually.
Warsaw Metro Project
5 different contracts of Warsaw Metro second line extension projects, total lump sum contracts worth 7 billion PLN (approximately $1,9 billion). 14 stations, 1 depot area, 16 km total line length. Contractor is responsible for the design, construction and signaling―as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system.
Riyadh Metro Project
A lump sum contract worth some $10 billion to design and build two rail lines of the Riyadh Metro network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The lines, along with four others, will form the backbone of Riyadh’s new public transportation network. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling―as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system.
Evolution Tower Project
A lump sum contract worth some $350 million. The Evolution Tower is a part of the unique Moscow City project in the capital of Russia. Inspired by the images of the Cathedral of St. Vasily the Blessed (known as the Cathedral of Vasily Blazhenny) and Tatlin’s tower, the Evolution Tower will become a symbol of modern Moscow. The evolutionary spiral will represent the idea of progress and future trends.
Kuntsevo Plaza Project
Kuntsevo Plaza was designed as a space for the local community, businesspeople and visitors alike. With its innovative design and planning, based on contextual and historical inspirations, it constitutes a compelling, site-specific addition, as well as a new urban heart and living space.
The entire complex has an area of 245,000 m², and the gross leasable area of retail space is 61,000 m². Four levels of underground parking, with room for over 2,000 vehicles, are also designated for the retail function.
Fili Grad Project
It has a gross building area of about 190,000 m² and includes residential, business and recreational areas. Six residential buildings from 15 up to 32 floors will share a cozy yard. The highest of these buildings reaches the elevation of 107 m. Total number of apartments of this project is 1,613.
